PAMEM S.A. de C.V. was founded in 1986 with the purpose of processing, selling, and exporting coffee. Founded by Pedro Antonio Menjivar, a man of integrity and justice who is renowned for his entrepreneurial drive, his devotion to social responsibility, and his concern for others, the environment, and his employees.

They started focusing on activities relating to agriculture, such as the cultivation, processing, and commercialization of rice, beans, and sugar because the success in marketing and exporting coffee gave them the chance for development and diversification. They started looking for fresh agricultural items that would improve their clients' diets. They came upon the extraordinary fruit known as Noni in 2004, and it now supports their company's mission to promote proactive health for all.
