- Has an ice-making machine with a production capacity of 10 T/day for the maintenance of fresh fish at all stages of processing as well as tunnels and frozen plates to ensure the fastest freezing process.
- Also has a freezing chamber with a capacity of 850 T and a freon cooling system maintaining an average temperature of 25° below zero to ensure product quality during the entire stay.
