Republic Biscuit Corporation

- Established in the year 1963 by Jacinto Ng in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines.
- It started out as a bakeshop called the England Biscuit Factory, and was backed up by an English-type rotary oven which was considered top-of-the-line then.
- The production of flagship brands Crema (the first cream sandwich) and Sodatine (plain crackers) marked England Biscuit Factory's entry into the market.
- The company grew steadily and transferred to Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines to operate in a more spacious factory, as well as in Pasig, Metro Manila. Also has a principal office in Bình Dương, Vietnam.
- In 1972, it acquired a new image and brand name, which is REBISCO that is known today.
- It is a recognized pioneer in the Biscuit industry, which has positioned itself to be one of the dominant players in the Philippine snack food industry with a growing global presence.
- From a basic portfolio of biscuits, it now carries a wide variety of snack food ranging from nuts and seeds, cakes, wafers, breads, chips and curls, candies and gums, and chocolates. This growth transpired through the creation of new partners over time such as JBC Food Corp. (1989), Suncrest Foods Inc. (1995), Multirich Foods Corp. and Pinnacle Foods Inc. (both in 1999), and SPI Corp. (2003).
- Through the company's Export Group, foreign distributors are able to avail of a one-stop shop service that provides access to all products under the REBISCO Group of Food Companies.
- Exports mainly to East Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, South Korea, Taiwan), South East Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Laos), Oceania (American Samoa, Australia, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Saipan, Western Samoa), Africa (Benin, South Africa, Sudan, Nigeria, Mauritius), Middle East (Bahrain, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE), Europe (France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK), and the Americas (Canada, Costa Rica, Latin America, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, USA).
