In KwaZulu-Drakensberg Natal's region, just outside the charming settlement of Underberg, is a little property called River Glen.

Our small herd of Jersey cows produces the high-quality, healthy milk we use to make our farm cheese right here, along the banks of the Umzimkulu River. The best milk comes from healthy, content cows. Each one receives personalized care from our family members and committed dairy workers who know them by name. They receive frequent care from our neighborhood vets, who help us keep them in top form.

We can personally oversee each step of the delicate cheese-making process at our small, family-run dairy, providing the greatest degree of quality control.
