Seamark (BD) Limited is a subsidiary of the Ahmed family owned Seamark Group and is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Since its inception, Seamark plc, the first company of the Seamark Group, has achieved remarkable success in processing and exporting

seafood and other frozen foods worldwide. In 1998 we won the Queen's Award for Export Achievement and the following year we won our first European Business Award.

The company is growing steadily and has big expansion plans in various sectors, especially agricultural products. Seamark (BD) Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh in 2000 and was founded by Princess Royal (Princess Anne). This is a 1 OOH export oriented fish processing industry backed by 100% UK investment. The initial investment is approximately $10 million. The company's growth has been phenomenal in terms of the value and volume of exports and the diversity of products offered. We have grown into a multi-product company. In addition to his own growth, Seamark (BD) Limited established two of his companies, IBCO Food Industries Ltd. Seamark (Holdings) Ltd., formerly known as STL Ltd.
