- Established in 1968, specializes in the cultivation, trade, and processing of beetroot.
- Beetroots are grown in West Friesland, where they grow on sandy soil. This gives them a good taste and they are quickly cooked. The beets have a high organic matter content of on average 10%, which also gives the beet a dark red color.
- Products are available all year round thanks to the good storage method implemented.
- Beetroots are stored on silage covered with straw. Thanks to this preservation method, the beet remains optimal in quality.
- Located in Ursem in North Holland, it measures a total of approximately 50 ha. In addition, they lease another 100 ha every year.
