- Established in 1915, it is an emblematic case in the wine-producing industry in Argentina.
- Has 1100 ha worth of vineyards with an average age between 35 and 80 years, and 80 has with olive plants, most of them historic.

- Exportation Regarding Wines, it exports to England, Switzerland, Denmark, Estonia, Canada, EEUU, Costa Rica and Uruguay. When it comes to olive oil, the principal destination Is Chile.
- The fractioning capacity is about 3000 bottles/hour, and the stowage is processed in its own underground cellar with a capacity of up to 800 K bottles.
- Mills 20K kilos of grapes/hour and has a system of two pneumatic presses, with two Tube-in Tube heat exchangers and a refrigerating capacity of 500K freezers.
- The fermentation area is made of 18 stainless steel tanks and 121 concrete pools that can host up to 9 m liters of wine.
