The biodynamic basil grows lush and fragrant in our farm, where, in the mild climate, between the coast and the hinterland, found the best environment. As soon as it is dried, the basil is infused in our biodynamic extra virgin olive oil for different days and afterwards filtered. From this union comes a light, natural and tasty dressing, whose delicate aroma makes it a refined and versatile ingredient for the preparation of special recipes. USE: Ideal for dressing tomato and Caprese salads, pizzas, potatoes in any preparation and Mediterranean sauces; it is also excellent for enhancing taste to focaccias or to be enjoyed plain on toasted bread.
