It is obtained from a particular cooking of must coming from selected grapes and from the maturation in precious oak barrels. It rests for more than three years in precious oak barrels, acquiring aroma and intense and unique scents. Full-bodied and velvety, with pronounced woody notes, it will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
It is ideal for exalting cooked and raw vegetables, ‘risotto’ and fish, but also fresh fruit and ice-cream.
