Black Truffle Condiment spray with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Base aroma and natural extract from Black Truffle (Truffle extract - Tuber Aestivum vit.). The robust and characteristic flavour of the tuber, together with that of the balanced and harmonious EVO oil, gives life to a condiment rich in intense and persistent fragrance. The slight tap of the spray nozzle is enough to release the typical fragrance of the precious tuber. The Black Truffle condiment is excellent to enrich and give a distinguished flavour to pasta, risotto, pizza, “focaccia”, “bruschetta” and omelettes. It is ideal also to add flavour to char grilled meat, roasts and grilled fish. It is a must to try on salads and vegetables for a rich, robust and particular flavour. To be used preferably uncooked to fully release all its flavour. A second spray per person will be sufficient to bring out the full body of each dish. Thanks to the special Sprayleggero technology, the spray bottle can allow a consumption reduction of about 90% (a 200ml can equals about a 3-litre standard bottle of oil) and protects the contents from exposure to air and light for a long time. This enables all the fine properties of the condiment to be maintained unaltered and to be preserved as freshly pressed. Each second of spray emits 1,8 ml/1,7 g (15 Kcal) of product enough to season any dish.
