La Spora Truffles

For generations our family has been cultivating, collecting and processing truffles from the most pristine woods of the Sangro river valley. We believe in the philosophy of 0 km, of environmental sustainability and in the possibility of making the best of nature and Italy known to the whole world. We make truffle-based products free of preservatives and dyes. All our products are safe for the high temperature sterilization technique we have developed, eliminating microorganisms potentially harmful to health, without altering the taste, color, texture and properties of the truffle.
