Stefania Calugi Truffles was established in Castelfiorentino, in the hearth of Tuscany. The company processes truffles and mushrooms products and other specialities. It is a dynamic reality that exports to 30 countries around the world, with about 25 employees and a production of abou 580.000 jars and a sale of almost 5000kg of fresh truffles per year.
