Torrcaffè was founded with the ambition of rediscovering the true, authentic flavour of coffee. We are a roastin company based in the heart of Food Valley, Parma, we differs from other roasting companies due to our roasting system using oak and beech wood from our mountains, making the bean more full-bodied and aromatic. Our process is 100% artisanal. We monitor every step in the chain, from the selective cutting of trees, through to the roasting itself, this is how we guarantee high standards of quality to satisfy even the most discerning customer.
We have an excellent response in our areas, being a leader in the Ho.re.Ca sector, in cafè and restaurants, and with consumers through our single-origin lines that are sold in the most famous supermarket chains in the area. Our organic line is our flagship and best represents the values of sustainability, quality and attention to the consumer that set us apart.
We produce also a sparkling iced espresso drink with our organic coffee. The beverage is gluten free, without preservatives, no artificial colurings
