For this reason, we focus our raw material selection activities on well-defined criteria: • Ingredients of specific origin: We prefer to source our raw materials from national and European sources. However, we are always open to evaluating new possibilities from new varieties or cultivars to test. • Whole ingredients: We firmly believe that the use of waste or by-products from nuts can compromise the quality and standardization of our finished product. We therefore prefer to purchase whole nuts, carefully calibrated or selected by our qualified and certified suppliers. Our attention to raw material selection enables us to guarantee high quality and standardized products that meet the specific needs of each market. We are committed to providing ingredients that contribute to the success of our customers and business partners.

Thanks our photovoltaic system, we produce electricity from the sun, thus reducing our energy consumption from the national electricity grid. Besides benefiting from the sun, we reduce the environmental impact of our energy consumption. In addition, our interior and exterior spaces are illuminated exclusively with LED technology. We also installed a rainwater collection system that allows us to manage the green spaces around the company premises, thus eliminating water waste and guaranteeing water availability in case of drought. The water we use in our production processes is purified through an innovative treatment called “ultra-filtration”. We have successfully installed two new electric vehicle charging stations for POLI.COM SRL visitors and employees. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to promote cleaner energy and reduce our carbon footprint. By supporting electric vehicle infrastructure, we are driving towards a greener future.
