QUALITY, STYLE, AND INNOVATION
The vinegars are stored in wooden barrels, which allow good aeration
of the product. All the raw materials and production batches of our
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and condiments, in addition to the legal
checks that certify their quality, are subjected to organoleptic and
sensory evaluations by our director, Luca Piccolo. This ensures that
our product maintains its organoleptic characteristics and flavor,
distinguishing it since 1991.
