Why Us?

01

QUALITY, STYLE, AND INNOVATION

The vinegars are stored in wooden barrels, which allow good aeration of the product. All the raw materials and production batches of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and condiments, in addition to the legal checks that certify their quality, are subjected to organoleptic and sensory evaluations by our director, Luca Piccolo. This ensures that our product maintains its organoleptic characteristics and flavor, distinguishing it since 1991.

02

RAW MATERIALS

In all our products we use of well-cooked, unconcentrated must that has a very dark color so that caramel is not used as a coloring agent; must cooked in this way has characteristic aromas resulting from the maillard reaction that make the flavor profile of the product more complex. NO CONCENTRATE GRAPE MUST, NO CARAMELL, COLOURING.
