Beautifully restrained by fine-grained oak and integrated acidity. A long flowing wine ready now, or age for up to ten years for increased complexity. Flavours of sweet citrus and peaches, apricot and tropical apple-fruits, vanilla, nut-like French butter and layers of stony, limestone mineral complexity. Equally delicious on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose, there’s a specific texture from fruit, oak and wild ferments. Lengthy finish as the complexity continues.
