Refined Deodorized Sunflower Seed Oil (Grade P), Ukrainian origin, produced in 2025 from 2024 crop, in bulk: Transparency: Clear, without sediment Taste and Odor: Neutral taste of refined oil, odorless Color number (mg Iodine), max: 10 Peroxide value (½ O mmol/kg), max: 10.0 Acid number (mg KOH/g), max: 0.5 Non-fat admixtures (%): None Moisture & volatile substances (%), max: 0.1 Phosphorus-containing substances (as stearooleolecithin): None Mineral oil/hydrocarbon contamination, max: 50 mg/kg Flash point (°C), min: 234 Temperature at acceptance (°C), max: 35 Additional Quality Requirements In addition to compliance with the specifications above, the Goods (lot of goods) shall: A) Be of merchantable quality; B) Conform to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU 4492:2017); C) Meet all declared quality indicators for further processing; D) Comply with the Codex Alimentarius Standard (Codex Stan 210-1999) and DSTU 4492:2017 with respect to: Mineral oil content Pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins (heavy metals) Dioxins, radionuclides — all within legally acceptable levels Regarding sterol composition, the amount of cholesterol shall not exceed 0.5%. Seller’s Quality Guarantees The Seller guarantees that: A) The Goods are delivered only from factories that are HACCP certified and operate in accordance with HACCP (ISO 22000:2005) standards. B) The Goods do not contain any foreign admixtures, including (but not limited to): Traces of animal fats and/or other vegetable oils; Waste materials resulting from industrial processing or previous usage of fats/oils; Any unauthorized substances not permitted under DSTU 4492:2017 and Codex Stan 210-1999, or not derived from sunflower seeds.
