In Huertos del Valle we select walnuts from the different varieties present in the country, such as: Chandler, Serr, Howard, Hartley, Vina and California Seed. According to customer requirements, we can deliver unprocessed nuts, cleaned, calibrated or uncalibrated, in sizes that can range from 28- to 36+(and unsizing) and packed in polypropylene bags of 25 kilos or less. Common uses: chocolates, ice creams, sweets, cocktails, unprocessed and baked products. Appearance: Wrinkly Walnut Shell that endoses kernel Color: Light Brown Crop Period: March-May Processing Period: April-November Inshell dried fruit from varieties that belong to Juglans Regia L. free from outer hull, washed/dried, brushed and sized (optional). Comment: 20” (10000 Kg, app), 40” (20000 kg, app) containers. This product should be stored in a clean, fresh, and dry area, away from strong odors and contaminating products.
