Our 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for two years in French oak barrels and has been aging to perfection in our cellar since its release in 2015. There's an exceptional balance of ripeness, not overdone or underdone, enhanced by moderate acidity, and even development on the palate. Aromas of ripe raspberry and toffee on the nose combined with soft oak spice and tobacco on the finish.
As this wine has aged, the earthy, tertiary flavors have become more pronounced. In addition to the fruit, this wine expresses notes of mushroom and forest floor. This wine is in its prime and is ready to drink now.
