The Pine Nut, more specifically the pine nut kernel, refers to the edible seeds of the different genus of Pinus that exist all over the world. The seeds are more or less elliptical in shape, with dimensions ranging from 7 to 9 mm in diameter and 15 to 20 mm in length, and a very characteristic milky white or light brown color.
