Seed of Chinese origin that is adapted and produced in Spain. It usually has thick calibers and a large number of internal teeth. Semi-dry consumption.
Its head is large and flattened and white with purple streaks on the outside. It has 10 to 12 teeth, straight and covered by a túnica of a little intense pink color.
It has an average intensity of flavor to contain less allicin.
They are collected at the beginning of June, hence the name "spring".
