Our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear is elaborated with pomegranates from a tree called Punica Granatum. The seeds are hard on the inside and the head is covered by a juicy, red, or pink, acid pulp. The Pomegranate Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water to reach the Brix of the ready-to-drink product. Apart from drinks and beverages, our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear can be used in fruit industrial applications, bakery products, dairy products, ice creams, ready meals, jams, and syrups. Its color, taste, and flavor are typical of fresh pomegranates. Pomegranate Concentrate is normally packed in an aseptic bag, which is inserted in a metallic, cone-shaped drum, covered with a plastic lid. This product is recommended to be stored frozen at around -18 degrees Celsius for it to maintain its quality and properties. Drum 250 kg, Packaged in aseptic bags 4 drums per pallet.
