1. GENERALITIES: This technical sheet refers to the product refined sunflower oil obtained from High Oleic sunflower seeds, bulk. The product does not contain and does not come from genetically modified organisms, it is not subject to labeling according to Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 with their subsequent modifications. 2. TECHNICAL QUALITY REQUIREMENTS: Edible High Oleic refined sunflower oil is manufactured according to the technological instructions given by the KIRCHFELD documentation, in compliance with sanitary legal provisions and national and European legislation applicable to food oils. The raw materials and auxiliaries used in the production of High Oleic refined sunflower oil comply with the legal sanitary and food safety provisions. 2.1. Moreover, water activity of the oils is below Aw < 0.6. Thus, the product is not susceptible to the growth of microorganisms. 2.6.
