COVID 19 Effects: Supply chain of agricultural commodities heavily affected due to pandemic

The supply chain of agricultural commodities in Ethiopia has been affected negatively due to the strict measures taken by the government to combat the COVID-19 pandemic including a ban on movement of people and public transportation. Under such circumstances Ethiopian exporters are struggling to get products from their local suppliers on time and these exporters are presently focusing only on selling products that are already in their warehouse.
