Low production of rapeseed in Brazil in 2019

Rapeseed oil in Brazil is usually sold refined because there is an aggregated value added to the price, of which is preferred by the local industry.
However the late harvest season in Brazil had a low yielding due to the frost endured by the crop during the winter. Harvest occurs between September and November.
