COVID-19 rebounds on Uruguayan soy markets

Symptoms of COVID-19 start being felt on Uruguay´s economy. China is a key trade partner for Uruguay, especially for soybeans, of which the Asian country is the number one buyer. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus spread, soybean exporters are already feeling a slowdown on requests from Chinese importers on different trading channels. Exporters are not desperate as they feel that, although there will be an impact, China won´t stop buying products such as soybeans.
