Seafood import ban by USA hurting fishing industry.

Since the 4th of April, the USA government banned import from the northern part of gulf of California, due to the massive illegal fishing for endangered Vanquita species.
As a result, all the fishermen in the region, are left without source of income as they rely on exports to the USA, and the negotiations with the federal government hasn't been successful.
