Covid-19 negatively impacts Greece's snail exports

Coronavirus outbreak has hit the country's snail exports to Europe, especially in Europe and Spain.
Border closures, lockdown, and quarantine measures aiming to stop the further spreading of the virus have caused a drastic drop in consumption, especially in gourmet food products, especially in heavily hit Spain and Italy.
On the other hand, Greece's GDP in 2020 is forecasted to contract by 9.7% caused by the pandemic and fall in the consumption in Europe.
