Huge demand of Vietnamese shrimp in Canadian market

Shrimp exports from Vietnam to the Canadian market continued to grow despite the COVID 19 pandemic. According to a recent survey, shrimp accounts for 50% of total seafood items imported into Canada. Apart from Vietnam Canada also import shrimp from India, Thailand, China and Ecuador. Canada is an affordable market for high-value products and is an important bridge for Vietnamese businesses to expand their markets to other American countries.
