Ukrainian agricultural exporters are making less profit in Asian markets than they could because of the rise in shipping costs due to the coronavirus epidemic. Transportation companies have raised their prices by about 40%. Thus, the cost of products that Ukraine ships by sea to the Asian region have increased, not only to China but also to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, as well as the Gulf countries and others.
