Uganda Jackfruit export is increasing and mostly transported by air

Despite having a ready local market for the Jackfruit Uganda is has emerged among good exporters of the fruit to European countries. Highly grown in the central region of the country, the fruit is transported by air and the most preferred weight of the fruit for export is less than 5kg with the size of about 150cm length.
