Russian suppliers face difficulties to take the loans for upcoming season

Due to coronavirus, many organizations, enterprises are not working or working on the remote regime in Russia.
Some suppliers are saying that banks, ministry staff are also trying to make processes remotely and that makes a difficulty for producers to apply for a loan for agricultural purposes - so that they have to change the initial plans and adapt to the current reality by decreasing the amount of sown crops.
