Anchovy catching season under full way in Malaysia

The anchovy season, which now lasts until August around the peninsula, will result in fishermen catching a lot of anchovies for the stock of anchovies to be dried. Around September and October, local fishermen will be busy making dried anchovies. The dried anchovies usually take 3 weeks to dry and the stock is offered for sale for 6 months.
