As all the international seafood orders have been canceled for more than a month in Myanmar, seafood factories are shutting down operations which affect the whole fisheries supply chain. When there is no income, cold storage facilities cannot accept new raw materials. Without demand, more fishing vessels have been anchoring at Yangon's ports and some fishermen have been forced to auction off their boats.
