Turkey's cow milk production has increased by 4.7% in the month of March compared to the previous year and reached 879 kmt. The milk which was processed for commercial sale has also increased by 16.1% and reached 145 kmt. The average fat content of commercial milk is announced as 3.5% and the protein content is as 3.2%.
Additionally, full cream milk powder and cow's milk cheese production went up by 40.3% and 12.2% respectively.
