Summer in Gulf of Mexico impacts cattle production negatively

The ongoing summer in the Gulf of Mexico has displaced cattle from more than 14,000 hectares and more than 2,000 deaths of cattle have been recorded. Production in the state of Campeche is expected to suffer most and is expecting to see a fall beef and milk production by more than 20% on a monthly basis by August.
