The past week hailstorm damaged yield of Apple, Peach, Cherry and cereals

The province of Ifrane, part of the Fez Meknes region, did not escape the ravages of the hailstorm that hit the region last Saturday. The global estimates made by the commissions of the Provincial Direction of Agriculture sent to the scene show that the affected area reached 700 hectares, including 310 ha of cereals and 60 ha of market gardening.
All of the damage on Ifrane is spread over four rural communities and the damages primarily concern apple, peach and plum, and cherry trees and cereals.
