REFCON scarcity harms the seafood outflow

Fish and seafood suppliers are still suffering from lack of refrigerated containers for exports due to coronavirus outbreak, many containers got stranded in ports all over the world waiting for unloading and logistics. This situation have still not yet fully normalized and producers in Brazil are struggling with that constraint.
