August is the best time to make contracts with Polish wheat producers

Polish wheat producers usually stop contracting their products right after harvest time, when they know harvested quantities. The best moment for contracting is in August. Later, after harvest season, it might be difficult to source relevant quantities from a single supplier from the buyer's perspective.
