Harvest of export apricots starts in Hatay region of Turkey

The apricot harvest has started in 650 hectares of production area in Hatay. The growers expect around 15 kmt of products and only 8% of the production will be sold domestically.

The remaining 92% will be sold to the export markets with Russia, the United Kingdom, and Romania being the main export destinations.
