The Bulgarian Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Desislava Taneva made a public announcement that there is no ground and no reason for Bulgaria to ban neither exports nor imports of food and agricultural products. This announcement comes right Bulgaria's neighbor of Romania restricting the export of various grains. The minister explains furthermore that the Bulgarian market had also been affected and there was a great atmosphere of uncertainty among Bulgarian grain traders mostly caused by disruptions and halts in the logistics systems. However, in an attempt to relieve the trading atmosphere the minister explained also that the Bulgarian government will be supporting Bulgarian traders and exporters in their export projects.
