Increased production of fig in Mexico

Fig production for this year's harvest season increased by more 33% compared to last year's production. The production is increasing by the producers from western & northern states mostly. Due to the surging demand for the fruits in the USA & Asian markets and high prices that fruit is very popular among producers.
