The German government had restricted the entrance of seasonal agricultural laborers as part of the Covid-19 outbreak measures. The country usually accommodates around 300K agricultural workers in a year mostly coming from Poland and Romania. According to the new decision, the seasonal workers from EU countries will be able to enter Germany from 16th of June until the 31st of December in order to take part and help with the harvest and the sowing of new crops.
