Poland's position on the European berry export market has been significantly affected by the Covid19 pandemic. The lack of seasonal workers causes a lot of problems this year as workers find it difficult to enter the country. The spare part-supply for the machines working in the harvest was also not flawless due to the trading restrictions. In addition to these factors the drought has also a negative effect on the yield expectations.
