Celebrations of Sham El-Naseem lead the prices rises

The prices of vegetables and fruits in the local markets witnessed an increase in prices, this increases came as a result of the demand for some items, coinciding with the celebrations of Sham El-Naseem on April 20.
The price of lemon increased by 16 % in one week from 12.000 EGP/MT to 14.000 EGP, Red onion increased also from 3000 EGP/ MT to 3500 EGP.
