Ethiopian government would develop a network of honey testing labs following PPP model

Despite being the leading honey producer of African continent barely 3% honey and 10% Ethiopian bee wax ever see the global market due to the lack of testing facility. In order to capture that untapped global market Ethiopian government has decided to establish a network of honey and bee wax testing labs following Private Public Partnership (PPP) model. The Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI) are collaborating to provide financial and technical support to start that network.
