Honey production interest growing in Uganda

Uganda is one of a few countries in Sub-Saharian Africa that is able to grow honey in large quantities though surprisingly has not been big on production. This being said, interest is growing across the country to increase the production of the valuable product. The large scale processing is in its early stages and will likely be sold domestically at first, but don't be surprised to see Uganda's market share grow in the coming years.
