Terengganu State Government in Malaysia is encouraging farmers to grow chilli

Despite huge demand, Malaysian farmers don't grow chili, and the nation import chili from other nations. Therefore, the Terengganu state government is taking initiatives to attract more farmers to grow chili. The government is also teaching Malaysian prisoners to grow chilies so that when they are released, they will venture into this field.
