Chicken producers on the brink of collapsing due to COVID-19.

Covid has caused decreased demand for the chicken meat in the local market, and a strong dollar has resulted to increased cost of infrastructure for chicken production, hence increased cost of production.
Due to both factors, most chicken producers are currently seeking bailouts from the federal government, to keep their businesses afloat.
