Due to low sunflower seeds production in the country, most oil producers depend on imported product and ingredients to feedstock their manufacturing process.
And since the cost of seeds have already been elevated due to the unfavorable importing fundamentals, the production budget which resumes into highly uncompetitive final prices for the oils, as compared to other producing markets, prevents the industry to develop.
